Public Dataset Terms
Version 1.0, effective September 7, 2026
Unless otherwise stated, KK siiiiiixth reserves copyright in HIMOROGI's original editorial summaries, English translations, classifications, identifiers, metadata, and structured data. The public JSON files are free to view and retrieve by machine, but their publication does not place them in the public domain or grant an open license. Reproduction, adaptation, or redistribution beyond uses permitted by applicable law requires prior permission.
These terms do not apply to third-party source texts, research, images, or quotations referenced by a dataset. The terms set by their respective rights holders and providers take precedence. Each dataset's source URLs identify the underlying material.
The technical access policy for search engines and AI crawlers is published in robots.txt. Permission to crawl does not waive copyright or grant rights beyond these terms.
This site is built using the following open source software and fonts. We are grateful to the contributors of each project. This page lists only the client-side code delivered to your browser and the web fonts we self-host. Build- and development-only tools (type checker, linter, CSS build tooling, etc.) are neither shipped to your browser nor redistributed, so they are not listed here.
